CHEF DIXI

Sharmaine Dixon has been in the hospitality industry for thirty-five years. Chef Dixi recently received the Presidents Award for her contribution to the South African Chefing industry. She was runner-up four times in the South African Chef of the Year competition and is recognized as a top pastry chef.

DINNER IN YOUR ROOM

Our Dinner options are frozen meal portions that can be heated up in a microwave in your room.

Our current frozen meals available are:

  • Beef lasagne
  • Cottage pie
  • Lamb curry
  • Chicken a la king
  • Vegetarian on request

PACKED LUNCHES

  • Sandwiches – choice of brown or white bread
  • Cheese and piccalilli / Ham and mustard
  • Soup in a flask with bread – bring your own flask
  • Chicken liver pate with melba toast and preserve
  • Hummus and biscuits
